Superposer Plus: Subscription Terms

1. Who you buy from

Plus is sold by our payment provider, Stripe, through Stripe Managed Payments (purchases appear as "sold through Link"; [confirm the exact selling entity, e.g. Stripe Payments Company / Link, from Stripe's Managed Payments terms]), which acts as the merchant of record: it takes your payment, charges and remits sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Its buyer terms apply to the payment. 2. What you get

Free tier: [list]. Plus: [list features: do not list anything not yet shipped; "coming soon" features are not part of the plan]. We may change features over time; if we remove a core Plus feature you rely on, you can cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

3. Price and billing (key terms)

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (every month or every year, as you chose) until you cancel, and your payment method is charged the then-current price at each renewal.
• The checkout shows the price, the billing period, that it renews automatically, and how to cancel before you pay, and asks you to agree to automatic renewal separately (an unticked box or equivalent). We keep a record of your agreement. [Implementation check for the checkout page.]
• If a free trial or discounted introductory price applies, the checkout says when it ends and the price that will be charged afterwards. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the charge.
• Price changes: we'll email you at least [30] days before a new price applies to you, with how to cancel. If you continue after the change date, the new price applies at the next renewal.
• Reminders: for yearly plans we'll email a reminder [15–45] days before renewal; for any plan we email a receipt each time you're charged.
• Failed payment: the provider may retry. If it still fails, Plus features stop at [the end of a [7]-day grace period] and your free-tier use and data are unaffected.

4. How to cancel (easy online cancellation)

You can cancel any time, online, in the same way you signed up, with no phone call or chat required:

1. In Superposer: Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription (opens your Stripe billing page directly, no sign-in needed; ADR 0016), then Cancel subscription, or
2. On the web: superposer.app/account › Manage subscription (Stripe emails you a one-time sign-in code), or manage the purchase at link.com, or
3. Use the manage subscription link in any receipt email from Stripe/Link, or
4. Email support@superposer.app from the address used to buy, and we'll cancel it and confirm within [one business day].

We may offer a discount before you cancel, but we won't make you accept it, and we won't hide the cancel button, ask for a reason, or require you to contact us first. [Check state "save offer" rules.]

What happens when you cancel: Plus continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then the subscription ends and isn't renewed. You'll get a confirmation email. After it ends you keep the free tier. Your games, saves and settings are not deleted.

5. Refunds

See the Refund policy. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't by itself refund the current period unless the Refund policy says so.

6. EU and UK consumers: right to withdraw

If you live in the EU or UK you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason (the Refund policy explains how and the waiver for digital content).

7. Licence checks and offline use

Plus checks that your subscription is active [about once a day when online, and works offline for up to 14 days; ADR 0015 defaults, owner to confirm]. We store only [licence key and status; see the Privacy policy]. Sharing a licence between people isn't allowed [limit: x Macs per subscription].

8. Changes and ending the service

We may change these terms with notice as set out in the EULA. If we discontinue Plus, we'll tell you in advance and refund prepaid time that you won't be able to use.
